If you have booked a trade stand space at the NWA show next Sunday, please can I ask you to try and arrive to set up at about 8.30am if possible.
As this is a new venue to us, we want to try and set up before the exhibitors arrival time - from 09.00.
Also, we want to be able to direct you to the area allocated to you before we
deal with the exhibitors arrival.
There will be 2 tables per Trade stand available plus chairs if you need them.
If anyone else is interested in a stand please email me as soon as possible, as we want to ensure that we allocate enough tables and chairs and of course space to all.
