We had some really good racing today, Nice to see Ride a White Swan, Piccollo Amico, Lady Imogen starting to come good again, i think all three dogs are about 11 weeks out of season.

it was also nice to see Mega Delight starting to speed up this dog has speed to burn and once she is fit she will fly !!!

nice to see Sally with her veteran Clap Trap.

:thumbsup: You're right Dean, The girls' you mentioned are all beginning to come into their own. There were some very close races Sunday, which bodes well for the coming weeks! We had a very good turn out, saying that a lot of members were away watching the racing at Shirebrook. We went across on Saturday to have a look and I must say, I was most impressed with the welcome afforded us by all concerned. A big well Done to Chris and the rest of their working party, who have helped to create another excellent racing venue! :thumbsup: :wub:

We had a very good turn out, saying that a lot of members were away watching the racing at Shirebrook. We went across on Saturday to have a look and I must say, I was most impressed with the welcome afforded us by all concerned. A big well Done to Chris and the rest of their working party, who have helped to create another excellent racing venue! :thumbsup: :wub:

Thank you Dee for your nice comments, we hope everyone feels they are given a nice welcome at the club by the racers and the 'staff' social club alike, as I am sure they get at most of the whippet clubs visited. :thumbsup: I'm all for 'positive' promotion of whippet racing makes a nice change from reading the negatives :thumbsup: :thumbsup: Mind it can 't be that bad Dee we've been doing it a few years and still keep coming back week after week !!!
