Been over to the track this morning covered in snow ground underneath is hard so unless a change over night it would not be safe to run in my opinion :thumbsup:

(w00t) I KNOW, YOU'VE GOT IT ROUGH! WE TEND NOT TO GET MUCH HERE BUT THOSE IN THE VILLAGES ONLY A COUPLE OF MILES AWAY SEEM TO GET IT BAD AND ON THE SAME DAY WE WON'T HAVE ANY! WIERD. I'VE JUST GOT BACK FROM A SHORT ERRAND AND ALL THE ROADS ARE CLEAR AND THE GROUND IS THAWING. TONIGHT WILL BE THE TESTER COS AT THE OLD HALL WE ALWAYS, ALWAYS HAVE THE WIND. (IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE) AND IF IT COMES FROM THE NORTH EAST IT'LL FREEZE! :unsure:

i would suggest that if you are travelling a distance you me or someone who lives up here

if i wake up in the morning and its white on the ground my dogs will be staying in their beds we have nothing to run for why break toes and get injuries.

:unsure:An update on the weather conditions here. there's been further snow over night, but a quite heavy frost. The sun is out and quite strong, like yesterday. Therefore, I will be at the hall at the usual time, but will extend the time before racing to enable the sun to do it's best. then a fair decision can be made as to whether to run or not. :unsure: just got back from the club, only one oerson turned up and that was for sledging. wise heads have prevailed, so hopefully there will be racing next week.
