Think this in the right forum ?

Last month or so Oscar has retrieved well.

So to bring some obstacles into his training I,ve been finding places, nice and quiet, out the way, with hopefully few distractions.

The dummy ( Pretend rabbit ) is several old socks with a bit of sand added to make some weight. The dummy has been rubbed into a rabbit fur (now Tinabows) if it made it through the post !!

The pictures shown, are a indicator of how the training has progressed. The "Rabbit" has been thrown 2 fences away, Oscar is on a slip lead and waits for the slip, the pictures show his return after going out over the fences, this was done at a speed, hence the blurred image.

He completed the exercise 10 times then went for a number 2 !!!

Now asleep in the garden, with a another training period behind him.

The Blues Brothers will not retrieve, anything, unless its quarry caught, I can live with that !!

Well heres a few pics from this morning,

Mike

Like I said he done this 10 times, so that was enough for today.

Brill Photo's looks like he's taken to it like a duck to water!

are they your neighbours fences he's jumping over? if they are you'd better watch he don't spot a cat  or he doesn't smell a bitch in season!

Bigger danger was used drug needles, how sad is that.
Urgh disgusting! We have to walk through a field that is used by drug users - sickening

I must say I'm impressed you got Oscar jumping those fences Mike, Alfie can't jump over a branch, I have to change my route or pick him up! lol :b
