was sat in the midst of this lot at 3 this morning watching badgers at play, no dogs cameras, just me, absolutely fantastic to see

I'm clearly not the only insomniac around then

Badgers are fascinating to watch but not many people get the opportunity. Bet it was chilly though - we had lily white frost here.

I often see the odd badger on the CCTV cameras at work (early hours) whilst things are quiet :- " , during the night shift at the Resevoir where im based - lovely creatures which i have always wanted to observe in the wild. They seem a bit elusive and it would be great to see them close up in their own environment.

They have no road awareness though and I have been close to hitting one on several occassions - but luckily avoided so far.

So is this a regular thing you do Keith, and where was it??
