Harvel are faced with having to upgrade their worn out trackside rails and are considering some differing options.
As such I had sourced a supplier of plastic piping on the internet, got a quote for the necessary amount and asked if they could send me a small sample, around 300mm long say, just to ascertain it's suitability. They were happy to oblige, yet on Thursday I came home to a card through the door saying that a courier had tried to deliver but that no one was in. I rang them on Friday morning, and said if it was too big for the letter box, it was ok to leave it in my wheelie bin.
The photo below shows what I discovered on going outside on Saturday morning ........ (I hope it's below - never have much luck with the photo thingy!)
