Thanks for the link, very interesting, seems there are more for than against and with good well thought out replies

Im a for, I think it more about control than Dominance which always has a negative conutation

And who wants an out of control dog?

There are many more now then there used to be just as there are more out of control young people, everything must have a consequence, thats how we learn and fear of the consequences is one way we all learn

Just try always rewarding a childs good behaviour and ignoring the bad and see what happens

There is a place for both and both are necessary to produce a balanced person and a balanced dog

Each case is different and Cesar treats each case differently from the fearful to the aggresive to the simply bad mannered

And he works with dogs every other trainer has given up on and are on a one way trip

I personaly dont think theres any one wright way. we brought forrest darcey and scarlet up the same forest and scarlet are as good as gold and srcalets a night mare. she show more dominace than eather of the others qand a lot of cerecers tecknect work with her. that arent even needed with the others. Its liek teching kids some stylas suit some kids and some training suites some dosg and not others its fineidng the wright one for the dog you have each ahs there good and bad ponts
