Thanks to those of you who gave me some advice last week. I bought a Mikki Dog Boot, but unfortunately it did not stay on for long – so has been added to their toy collection. Blue loves chewing the laces!
We ended up not needing to cover the wound when we take him out as it is healing so well - but is should do after a £450 vet bill!!!!
It will be a week tomorrow since we had the stitches removed but we still have to try and rest him which is easier said than done with a whippet pup. Can’t wait until next weekend when hopefully he will be allowed off the lead and do what he loves best – run.
