hello

iam trying to get a pedigree whippet racing club

started in the north east,and was wondering if any

of you good people good help in anyway.

if you could inform me of any future shows or events

in this region where i could advertise at etc.

also if there is anyone i could contact in the region who

might be interested themselves or be able to point me

in the right direction as i feel pedigree whippet racing

should be on the map in the north east of england.

It is a pity you have just missed the North Eastern Whippet Society's Championship show at Willington, also the Tyne Wear and Tees Hound Association's Open show, both in November.  The former usually has an Open show in May, the latter in April, so look out for these.   Where abouts in the North east are you planning to set up?

thanks for the help,even if i have just spent about

an hour on the phone to you mark.

it will most likely be run round about the

gateshead area as the council are being pretty

helpfull at the moment(fingers crossed).

Hi Jeff

        I've tried ringing you a few times but keep missing you, i've heard on the grape vine that there is a group of Scottish whippet owners/racers looking to set a club up in or around the Scottish boarders, i'm not sure of the full details but I beleave one or more of them are on the net (possibly K9) thought this info might help? (joint venture ect)
