Went to the above show and Zair had a great day! He won the best crossbreed puppy and also the best crossbreed over 26" and then went on to win the Championship for the Crossbreeds!! He also had a second in the lurcher puppy class, and a third in the handsome dog class. He won a big bag of Red Mills dog food too as part of his championship prize along with a smashing championship rosette - so all in all a very good day - despite the horrid weather!

Well done Emily and ofcourse Zair  How old is Zair now? Is he still growing?,and how big is he at the shoulder now? I remember your questions earlier on this site about how big he was going to be :D Karen

 CONGRATULATIONS  and well done Zair

What a clever, and stunningly handsome boy.

Well done Zair!

I'm not surprised...he is lovely. Takes it all in his stride too, by the looks of it. He looks a lovely character

He is 27 inches at the shoulder and has just turned 7 months! By the look of his knees there is a few more inches of growth to come! Funnily enough, we entered the lurcher class yesterday for 26 inches and over and someone complained about us entering him as they said he was too small compared to the others - the judge had to measure him to see if Zair was over 26 inches - which he was! We thought we were doing the right thing by not entering in the previous class upton 26inches and still someone complained - show people!
