I have been asked by some one on another site if they can use the photo of William sitting on his dad's knee on a poster for rehoming ex racing greyhounds at a pet expo in America.

I am not sure what a pet expo is I think it is a convention type thing used by rehoming places to rehome anandoned pets. I have of couse said they are welcome to use it
