Thank you about Emma.......(it was her 'record of achievement' not hen party :D )

House move not very good, been on the market 4 weeks, and only 2 people to look  We have found a house we want, it has 170foot rear garden a kennel (the owners have a greyhound) we loves it

But we need to sell ours first

:( Gulp! Only 2 people to look in 4 weeks, that's slow-going. Get on to your estate agents and say you want to get more people through the door, or you'll change agents. Some people up the road from us have been on the market about the same amount of time as you, and they've just changed from Ocean to CJHole :- " so I guess they're experiencing the same thing as you are.

At least if the market is slow then hopefully you'll be in with a chance with your dream house with the garden

edited to ask: how is the situation with offers at the moment - can you put an offer in on the house you want even if you've not found a buyer for yours yet?

We are contracted to them for 8 weeks then we have to give 2 weeks notice   but yes 2 in 4 weeks is rubbish....we are with Besley Hill, think we will change to House and Co.

Tried to put an offer on the house we want and they said they wanted to wait until we had had an offer :( I really hope we dont lose this house as we have metally moved in iykwim

I think i may have to go and kick some butt
