Dogstar is a wonderful charity run by a friend of mine and her partner providing veterinary care for dogs in Sri Lanka

They work miracles on a shoestring and are funded entirely by donations so winning £1000 would be a huge help to their work.

I couldn't see any way to vote and I found a list of winners (dogstar wasn't among them). Is the competition finished or is it ongoing?

The competition is weekly, so voting for Dogstar has ended now. Sadly they got very close but didn't win - £1000 would have covered a huge amount of vet treatment in Sri Lanka. I hope they get another chance in the future.
