walked down to bigges maine handicap today to discover the hut where they keep all the equipment had been on fire last night! a deliberate fire i mite add! thankfully as the hut is brick and has a steel roof it looks like everything can be salvaged ie traps, lure etc. there was however a lot of smoke damage to equipment so the h/cap had to b cancelled today! as well as our hut being set alight the sports centre had a large window put it. who knows wot else was done? the lass who runs bigges maine has done so for nearly 40 years so obvisouly was a bit p*ssed off! hopefully things will b back to normal next sat.

Yes I know how you feel years ago Ilkeston had their shed on fire started by lads sniffing lighter fuel my thoughts were that they should have been inside we lost the lot all the records from the beginning of Ilkeston the traps lure everything plus a box of trophies donated by members we Moved to another site and had a caravan to store things in the gypsy's broke in and took all the springs off the traps and the lure also the kit for the juniors rugby team the rugby lads got their own back not saying how but when left they were one caravan short that had been set alight

but why do these mindless morons spoil other peoples enjoyment
