I know 2 weeks ago after swollosnest a few dogs were sick when they came back and there has been a bugg going round most of this year. Luckly we have avoileded it till now but 3 of ours have been sick since coming home. Cally started on the way back home and seams to be over it pritty quick. shelbys the worrst hes been sick a lot and has the runs and as hes getting on a bit if he dose not pick up soon hes off to the vets and milos just starting with it. was there anything that help the dogs that have had it in the past get over it quick shelby hates the vets and gets realy stresd if they come near him so if we can avolid taking him it would be best.

Just keeping fingers crossed no more get it

gastrine tablets from a pet shop r good they r only a few quid. all of my dogs had it as far back as xmas.

one of mine has been poorly, but it was before champs she had to have 24hrs starvation with water only then 3 days of boiled chicken and boiled rice both rinsed well.

lamb, fish or rabbit will also work with boiled white rice.

sorry to hear your dogsare poorly Wendy and Tony it seems to be the same bug thats been going round from the beginning of the year they reckon its airborn so its likely to be picked up anywhere, count myself lucy mine havn't had it touch wood mind you they have all just come in season, Chicane on sat, Little Doll on sun and Chucky yesterday.

most of mine just seam to be beong sick a few times and its over with just the ild lad thats got it bad hes not been sick for a few hours but hes got the sqits like water if hes no better tomorrow we will have to get him to the vets he hates them though so were keeping everthing crossed he picks up. the rest are on chicken and rice for a few days from tomorrow

How are your dogs now Wendy ? Its difficult to get rid of when the opens are in full swing the bug gets on your dogs paws , your feet, and it can keep going round your dogs just when you think there ok the last one to have it infects another one in the house whos probly already had it.

Hope thay are all better now.

Were still wasing blankets and stuff here its going through them all one at a time I only have 2 sick at the moment whitch is the best day so far. i have washed everything over and over again even though its not a serious bug for healthy dogs its took it out of my old guy and Indy you could play zilaphone on there ribs. It waring me out keeping up with it all I have had a few pm off other with it aswell so it seams to be going round. I wont be going anywere till I know this lot are clear and wont pass it on to other dogs as its no fun for the dogs or peoepl. hopfully I will be abell to start getting some weight back on them in a few days anyone got any good buliding up advice

Lets hope all the other owners with sick dogs are as responsable as you Wendy

When thay are better try SORB - VIT B , that will help build them up again and will do your old guy alot of good.
