Just wondering what methods of postage people use?

I send my coats via Royal Mail first class but for large orders i thought there might be a more cost effective way. I really try to keep p&p costs to a miniumum and quite often lose money on what i charge.

So, what do you use for posting heavier items?

same here jo first class were possible but alot of mine has to go via parcel force ,will be intersting to here what people have to say

Is parcel force through the post office too? Im don't have a clue about posting!!

When using Ebay I use parcel force for the heavier items, next day delivery with insurance is fairly reasonable and has never let me down up to now :D

NO CHANCE!!!

Frankie says you are welcome to have Ruby instead, she's just jumped on his head and given him a nip

Or you are welcome to their brother.

He has just knocked some lilies over himself - he has yellow orange stains all over him. If it had gone on the carpet I would have been posting him back immediately

I've asked all the girls here if they want Ruby, they had a long ( 1/2 second) think. They said NO WAY, she's a bully. Rachel, I couldn't possibly deprive you of Logie. Who else would do the gardening. (w00t)

Seen as Juley doesn't want her, Ruby packaged up and on her way to Jane then - she'll make a good pair with Ella! :D

Don't worry, i've punched a few holes in the box so she can breath

Hi, try using Royal Mail Standard Parcel service, available from any post office (if it hasn't been closed) its cheaper than 1st class and you can take out additional insurance up to £500. It is a slower service, 3-5 days. Maximum overall size is 3 metres = length + depth + height. Maximum weight 20kg. Just don't send glass or ceramic as your not covered for damage. Hope this helps
