Hi I did it from my iPad so not sure if it's different on a PC. But I went to my profile clicked on the picture then you have the option to take a pic or use existing one. Hope this helps a bit.

Initially I could not get my picture on,I tried so many times.
I had to shrink it's size first then tried again and it went straight on!
