HiI am looking after my sisters lab/collie cross dog for a few days. She is 6. My sister has put the flea treatment on her and bathed her in flea shampoo etc. but the problem is she has pulled out quite a lot of her fur on her back, tail area and underneath. She now has sores there. My sister is putting salt water on and heavily diluted tcp. is this ok please? Anything else that would help? Should I tell her to take her to the vets? Thanks. x

Salt water is great, something like sudocrem is also good as long as they can't lick it off again so may need to supervise that one.

Sounds like the fleas either havn't gone or something similar. Keep up with flea treatment and best to see the vet.

If it's a bad infestation then house and dog needs the best products to kill and clear the problem
