Our new puppy is doing fine but has started eating his poo if we don't spot it quick enough!
Obviously its disgusting

Mine did the same thing for a short while.
Keep a lead on him and go with him to the toilet when he is finished move him away before he can get to it and then pick it straight up and throw it in the rubbish bin or poop bin depending on if your in your garden or out and about.
Like most things with puppies its a phase and will eventually loose interest
