Puppy Scratching Collar?

Billy, my 15 week old iggie is still scratching his collar ...... I'd of thought he'd be used to wearing it now (3 weeks on and off) but he still scratches it a lot of the time. Has anyone elses pups done this for this long? And if so, how long did this go on? I like him to wear his collar during the day so he has his tag on just in case (can't see how he'd get out but you never know)

my 9 week old pups have had there collers on for a week now and have just stoped scratching them. i used very light weight cat collars at first and check them every day as they can soon get to tight but i dont take them off at all. i use the safety cat collers that will snap if caught but fined as long as they are left on all the time and not taken on and off they soon et used to them. I like all my dogs to were collers all the time just incase something happens
