my puppy has recently lost his teeth BUT 2 of them that i noticed just as they were at the wiggle stage they were black underneath? Can anyone tell me why and will this cause problems later? Also his bottom teeth stick out over his top lip, not from an overbite or underbite... but because as a pup he pulls at everything anything i can do about this???HE has dentabone and all that ... but anything more?

Unfortunately Dentabone is made from very poor quality products which should also be included as part of your chap's daily feeding rations. I would never suggest using these types of product.

The best product for your puppies teeth and gums would be some raw bones, these are very nutritional and help keep teeth and gums in good condition !

I start my puppies on chicken bones at 5 to 6 weeks of age, they are perfectly safe but they must never be cooked !

Without actually being able to see the baby teeth it is very difficult to make any comment. I doubt if they will affect the new teeth but I am not a dentist!

Can you give him other things to destroy that do not need pulling; cardboard boxes, empty plastic milk bottles, I find that puppies love to destroy these and they are easy to replace for the next destruction. Just needs sweeping up and throwing away each time.

What type of breed is he ?   Are we able to see some pictures please.   :))

Baby teeth start falling out at about 16 weeks, this starts with the upper and lower front teeth, other teeth take longer to change as they have to fit a jaw that will have reached its full size, (they will not be changed again )

Reply of no help !! sorry it's the best I can do. !!
