We are looking at intergrating whippets races into a race schedule on tuesday nights. The format would be to grade whippets on a similar system to greyhounds. The initial races would be 2 races before the greyhound racing and then a final to conclude the racing after the greyhound racing. THERE WILL BE NO BETTING AS YET, BUT PRIZE MONEYS ARE ON OFFER. If you are interested please ring james on 07917888202 we will be aiming to start on the 15th febuary. initialy whippets wanting to take part, we will be offering free grading trials to implement whippet racing. We understand the straight calender will be shortly upon you, so only a minimul amount of whippets are required to start and test the process. The handicapper at Highgate is also putting a height limit on so that dogs dont race with large and small together.

MANY THANKS

JAMES @ HIGHGATE

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR VIEWS ON HERE OR RING ME TO DISCUSS ANY CONCERNS OR IDEAS THAT YOU MAY WANT IMPLEMENTING.

Just phoned james at hgs with a question as to how they are running dogs of the same height they stated in there post that

they don't want big dogs running with little dogs but they intend to run off to a final.

What we can't work out is how can they run off to a final without a big dog and little dog meeting.

James said they din't think of that and they are wanting peoples VIEWS AND OPINIONS on how to run it

SO FIRE AWAY
