We have whippet who will soon be a year old and we live in Somerset. We are thinking about racing him as we really think that he would love it. He is a pet first and formost, although well bred and from a racing background, we would only like try a sport for his pleasure and wellbeing not on a very serious level.

Does anyone know of a local club or group in the Somerset area that we might be able to take our whippet to?

I live in Bristol and take mine to Gloucester, great club :thumbsup:

or there is South Cotswolds, dont know any others

There is a club in Somerset it is the West Somerset club. I will PM you the number.
