excuse me I need your expertise. I picked up a couple of whole rainbow trout that were reduced to 93p and they have been in the freezer for the last fortnight. I have never fed the dogs whole fish before do I just give them as is? Or do they need de-boned??

Raw fish bones will be fine. Feed de frosted or if you want to slow them down, offer them frozen.

My lot when offered their first fish heads were sick everywhere, the whole lot back up all over the place !

I now coarse mince whole fish and mix it with their other meats. No problem.

I would suggest that you don't give too much at a time to start with until you know just how their stomachs are going to react.

Enjoy !!
