Rebecca Toller, herself not in the greatest shape at the moment but improving day on day, has asked that the racing fraternity be made aware of the following:

Her dear bitch, Rebecca's Delight was taken ill during Christmas Day and following a visit to the vet it was decided to put her to sleep. Reb was 13 years old and will be known to many of you. She had two litters during her life, the second of which delivered 13 pups, the last of the 13 being Mister Starburst ( Ozzy ) whose achievements have been quite exceptional. Rebecca's Delight had a severe womb condition. Doubts about her ability to withstand the operation and post op period resulted in the decision to end her suffering.

So sorry to hear this sad news , Rebecca's Delight was a good Open Class bitch, and a ran many races at EA, she will. be sadly missed by family and kennal mates.

Hope Rebecca is making a steady recovery & hope to see her in 2011
