Carol has mentioned about her reporting back on opens, she already does a good job with the results etc.

It was only the other day we said how the champs reports used to be a good read, with details of each race. Be nice to see something like this again.

I did a few some time ago, the reception was generally good but as usual some people had to complain that I shouldn't do them like that and blah blah blah so I lost interest :b .

Is it time for me to pick up my pen again ? You decide !!!

yes fleesh i think u shud especially when people cant make it to all the big opens makes u feel like u were there wud b even better alongside pics from each race

your right it was my dad who done that report and lots of other good ones too. he put a lot of effort into the reports getting the video from the meetingfs first then watching every race and reporting on it. stopping and starting after every race used to take him hours to do but was well worth it. it aint the same any more as on previous reports they just have a short one with a picture.

When tony did the reports he had tapes on for couple of days going through every race frame by frame, cos i remember thats all we watched until report was finished, owners then could read exactly how their dog ran, i must admit they were very long reports but well worth the read sue
