Sally, a rescued saluki from Kuwait who is missing part of her left hind leg, arrived from the Middle East on Wednesday morning. She was rescued by The Protecting Animal Welfare Society, with an amputated foot, and may now get a second chance to walk on all fours again with a new revolutionary prosthetic leg from Colorado State University.
