Lovely weather today and after all the rain we've had, the ground was perfect. After the Independent had to be cancelled we had plenty of runners that needed to be gotten fit or kept fit. The owners on the other hand........ :- " Well lets just say that some of us had to have a drink afterwards :lol:

Lloyd Masson brought along the prototype of a new lure machine he has made and that he wanted to try out. And it was brilliant! All the boys wanted to have a go because it was soooo big and sooooo shiny and it had a disc brake and everything! They all seemed to find it really smooth and easy to drive and it didn't have the tendency to tangle that most machines seem to have. An engineering miracle! Lloyd is God!

Getting back to the racing, there were some really good races today. Had a good time!

Thanks Julie, yes a big surprise as he hasn't even seen a track since the Champs!

We did have a nice day, lovely to see Darcia and Rob again too!
