Is there a human alternative to Rimadyl 100mg which is safe to give an elderly bullmastiff?

No - Rimadyl is a brand name for carprofen, and that isn't used in humans.

Even if it was, as a forum we should never recommend giving any human medication to dogs without your vet's agreement - there's always the risk that someone will give dangerous advice because they think they know what they are talking about.

Can I ask why you are asking? Are you hoping to find a cheaper alternative? What condition does your dog need it for?
