Davy Elliot ( the shadow) had to have Suzy ( wor john x fleetwood flame) PTS today after she broke her hind leg last week. Suzy was recovering from breaking the same leg last year. She became unable to walk and use both her back legs yesterday, and the vet suggested the kindest option was to let her go to sleep. She didn't deserve any more pain bless her.

We were at davys on saturday and i think that very thought went through my head dee, she just sat and looked at me, you just wish you could turn the clock back. You also wonder what pain relief does, I know it relieves pain, but it also masks many other things, maybe it kept her too comfortable. I just know she's in a better place.
