JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THE RISING SUN HANDICAP WILL BE ON TOMMOROW MORNING AS NORMAL. IVE JUST BEEN ALONG TO THE TRACK AND SURPRISINGLY ITS NOT FLOODED! WEVE HAD NO RAIN HERE TODAY SO UP TO NOW THE HANDICAP WILL BE ON 11AM START.
