Hi I would like some advise on getting my 12 month old boxer neutered as he has become a little aggressive to other dogs and constantly trying to hump , thanks

In respect of advice, the vet would be best placed for medical information.
However, aggressive behaviour often stems from fear. By acting aggressively, your dog might be trying to make other dogs back off from him because he doesn’t like them too close. And neutering removes his ‘brave’ testosterone so title is possible that he might become more fearful and therefore more aggressive.
There is an implant called Suprelorin that suppresses hormones and mimics the effect of neutering, but temporarily. It might be worth considering, to see how his behaviour changes, before you do something irreversible.

Thanks the wife has been to the vets today and the vet advised to get it done saying it would only have a negative effect if he suffered from anxiety which the vet said he clearly doesn’t have ,so he’s booked in ,thanks for your advise
