Our vets are offering blood tests to test for things like kidney disease, diabetes etc, at £15.00 along with the annual booster. As our last whippet died of kidney failure aged only 10 it's something I'd quite like to do with our two as if Josh had been diagnosed a lot earlier, then it's quite likely that he would have been around for a while longer. But I'm not sure whether to start doing it yet. Muffin is due his booster but he's only 3 so maybe it's not worth it for another year or two. What do other people think?
