Hunt has had to disband.  Who said that the gov wouldn't enforce a hunting with dogs bill by targetting the landowners.

Thank you for highlighting this Barbara.

It has caused much distress in the Borders community, and concern across Scotland.  It was reported that the landowners were threatened with police action if they allowed the hunt on their land.

There is currently much on going discussion in the Scottish press about the closure.  

It is sad to see so much stress and distress caused.
