An appeal to animal lovers has been printed on the front page of the Hereford Journal this evening.
5 abandoned Lurchers need to be rehomed.The item shows a couple of photos, with Lurchers in a cage.It is thought the dogs were dumped due to the hunting ban ???
The Ban still allows rabbits to be hunted, so the quarry I presume was Hare and Fox ?
The piece states,
"They do make A1 pets, there great with children, they have lovely temperaments and they do make wonderful, wonderful pets"

If you are thinking of owning a Lurcher, GO ON !!!!!
