I was at a picnic the other day and the topic of dogs eating fruits came up. Can GREYHOUNDS eat strawberries, blueberries and cherries(with the pit taken out)?? I know and it was agreed by all that they cannot have raisins and grapes, but everyone had a different opinion about the fruits above, but none were greyhound owners so I thought I would check it out here.

Thanks in advance!

I used to have strawberries growing in tubs on the wall a few years ago. The whippets went mad for them but couldn't reach them. Williamuse to stand on his back leg picked the strawberries and drop them on the floor for the whippets. He ate them too he never came to harm eating them.

I don't know about strawberries but Tiny eats apples - not the pips of course. I seem to remember somewhere on here someone did a list of safe foods.
