Hi all
Picked this one up yesterday 6/4/05 on the latteridge road in South Glos.
Lurcher (possibly Saluki x)
entire male
between 1 -3 years old
short coat, no feathering.
Mainly a light cream colour but with a white blaze on head, shaped almost like a tick (a yes tick, not parasite tick!) this blaze extends over onto his neck and blends into the cream colour, we will have a photo available later today.
He is sickenly thin and has terrible skin and hair loss, vet not sure if it is mange or just the fact that he has been sleeping in sh*t.
He was found wearing a brown leather collar, the collar was originally for a much bigger dog and has been cut off and extra holes put in it, a bodged collar, usually a sign of our friends on the traveller sites, very possible he may have been stolen, although would have been some time ago as it would have taken a couple of months for him to get into this state.
if anyone would consider homing him after 7 days then contact celine.jacobs@southglos.gov.uk
