Good evening everyone. I can report that the EAWCC enjoyed a wonderful days lure coursing today at Beccles in Suffolk. We ran 3 excellent club stakes as well as a invitation stake for guests. The main event was won by Ms Bore's brilliant dog Banatay Bonanza which accounted for my ZORRO in the first round(got to be brilliant to do that :D ) Bramble did well and was very unlucky due to catching the lure and allowing her opponent to overtake. Never mind :( . The good news for me is that The Shiner was runner up in the Kizzy Trophy. Not the quickest my Shiner(Lynperry Plain of Boston) but every dog has its day. :))

Saucey Madam did very well on her first visit back after injury. She ran to a compulsory division in the Purse Trophy, accounting for some good dogs on the way. Magic Trick(almost a legend) again had some poor luck, catching the lure and performing 3 somersaults in the process but came back unscathed thankfully.

Can also report that Lord Lynperry having finally given up trying to win a stake has taken up a club post :p . Get this, he was today LURE TEAM LEADER no less :clown: He was impossible to speak to all day, power crazy :- " Give it up Corky. Stick to what your good at. Just what are you . . . . . . ?? :teehee:

He loves everyone

LAMPINGMAN
