my dear mum used to give me tuppence  each day for the bus, i spent 1 penny on a woodbine and a match, walked it to school bussed it home

listen to this one, i had occassion to dig out my birth certificate yesterday, found my brothers funeral bill he died aged 20, year 1960, for 1 hearse, 4 other cars, flowers, thank yous put in the evening paper, and the rest grand total

£43 15 shillings

keith

It would cost you that much for the paper alone now :(

Send them to my Owen, he would sell his soul for sausage :D

Bung sausages in a pan chopped up, add chopped onion and chopped veg - whatever is in cupboard, I like celery and carrots, put in a tin of tomatoes and a can of beans (either butter beans, harricot beans, black eye bean or baked beans). Potatoes can be added too to save cooking later. Bring to boil and leave until done. Yummy casserole and not much washing up!
