Louise did a great job taking photos of Miss Peggy-Sue at the Whippet Club of Wales show where she came 2nd in PB

She has changed so much and is 10 months in these pictures, as I still can't decide which side I like best, here are both pictures of my lovely mischevious girl!

:huggles: Ahhhh Miss Peggy Sue

I like the first picture Jo, infact i like it very much

she looks gorgeous.

Can't believe how much these babys are changeing, every time i see all 3 together look totaly different again. :huggles:

She certainly has changed! No longer is she a lovely little puppy....instead she is a lovely young lady. I can't believe how very different the three girlies are!

i like the first one jo she is growing into a lovely young lady

I also like the first pic. She is looking very grown up too. Great pictures, :huggles:

What a beautiful young lady she is growing up to be!

Actually, having looked again at the photos, I think I now like the 2nd one slightly better- I think she 'flows' better without the white coming round the side of her neck. She just somehow looks more mature in the 2nd one, though of course a slight shift of the feet etc can make them look very different from one pic to the next

Either way, she is lovely

I am with you, I think she looks to have a better lay of shoulder in the second picture, and with he hind foot pulled back, would improve the top line.

Also, I feel we seem to see more exhibitors pulling the head back to far, which appears to create the illlusion of a straighter front, I think the overall picture would be better if the head was slightly more forward (like you see when a whippet is on the move), creating more flow from neck through to shoulder.

Sorry to butt in,only my opinion, for what it is worth.

Agree very nice puppy though, good luck to you :luck:

Really interesting thanks  I think she is more feminine in the second one and the first picture is taking very sightly from the front which creates it's own illusions!!

It's amazing that the white and stripes (which are slightly more on one side) really change the shape. brindles are not easy!!

I do know what you mean Clardia about the head, I will try it slightly more forward. I was watching a class recently and the neck was being pulled up almost vertically which made the shoulders appears as if they were in the bottom of the neck and really ruined the entire upline.

Thanks everyone I am extremely pleased with her

For those interested she is just 18.5"

What a grown up little girl she is becoming. I was looking at her picture last night but was too tired to reply -_- but I prefer the second picture as well. Hope to see her again soon although as time marches on it will probably be Crufts.

:teehee:  'bubbly' that's one way of putting it!! I know how much you enjoy watching her in the ring - as she always up to some sort of mischief or bouncing around :D especially when she see's her super sisters Lollipop and Me Me :p

I love her first picture  I prefer her facial markings in the first one, but don't know enough about showing and lines etc to comment any further, except I think she's lovely.
