anyone had a look at the rspca website lately? this poor dog, muffy, had to be pts after being rescued because her face had been eaten away :rant: :rant:
her owners claimed they couldnt afford vet care for a sore, so they left it. what really gets me is that these caring individuals managed to get their other dog looked at for a separate complaint at their local pdsa :rant: :rant:
the sentence? 3mth suspended for 12mths, £250 costs and a 5yr ban from owning pets EXCEPT the one they bothered to take to a vet :rant: :rant:
