Hi all

DCC and BOB and group 3 was Single Malt, RDCC was Thompson's Barnesmore Grey Pony ( I think), BCC was Bolton-Lockhart's Flic Flac Kiss of Gold of Pencloe, RBCC and BP  Newton's Nevedith Ceefa Ceely.

Congratulations to all the winners

Emma

Am I correct in believing that this CC for

Ch Khabaray Single Malt takes the Dog CC record from Ch Millwold Gold Dust to Exhurst with 19 CC's?

BTW what was Colin's judging like overall?

Hi Dawn

That was Single Malt's 20th CC, Gold Dust won 22, Nimrodel Wanderer won 24, and Tilegreen Tornado won 26 and therefore has the dog breed record holder.

Emma

We thought gold dust had 19CC's.

We realised today that the dog breed record was as you reply but couldnt remember the dog.

Thanks Emma

Single Malt was 4th in the group according to the dog paper.    I thought Ashmore's judging not bad for an allrounder.  Interested to see what he does if he gives CCs again.  His top winners were very nice, but some of the ones down the line were a bit odd, and he missed some good bitches, which in my opinion, should have been placed.  PS  I was not showing a bitch.  A Skelley

Having asked at birmingham today it was said that overall for what was there he did a reasonable job. Would that be in agreement with your thoughts Annette?

Hi

Yes, it did say that he won 4th but as Mum was watching and subsequently talking to Patsy she said it was 3th.

Emma

Hi

Yes, Henrik Morag's bitch is the first imported bitch champion. Congratulations to both Morag and to her breeders. :>

Yes, Dawn,  I thought Mr Ashmore did quite a good job, though in my opinion some of the ones he left out were better than the ones placed.  His winners of each class were good.  I would show under him again, which is a good test, I think.  Annette.
