Small 15 Mth Ped Whippet Bitch Needs Pet Home

Ok having no success posting a picture, it's been so long i cannot remember!!! :rant: While i keep trying here's some details- Roxy is a blue brindle bitch, 15 months old, microchipped, not spayed, bout 18" and you will have to take my word for it that she is a pretty little thing!!!! :b :b

A friends partners son bought her as a pup but has moved away leaving the Whippet behind for his mum to look after. She works full time and although Roxy is walked before and after, she is kept in a crate all day so her carer really wants her to find a nice pet home for her. I had her at mine for the morning (yes i was thinking of having her myself but 5 dogs and a child is really a bit too much for me :clown: ) she is a real sweetie but has a real nervy streak when it comes to other dogs, and was in a state of panic whenever mine approached her but was bit better after a long walk together. She currently lives with a collie who she is fine with so just a little patience will be needed while she adjusts.

Hi Please could you drop me a line. My Mum is looking for a whippet as a pet. If you could drop me a line that would be fab. My Mum is based in Chester which would be ideal. I have just given her a ring to tell her and she really would love come over and meet Roxy. We had a blue brindle while I was growing up who lived till she was 13 and Mum has pined after having another ever since.

Looks like she has a home, whippet forum members are coming to visit her tomorrow so fingers crossed. Apologies to the several other people who showed interest, her carers thought this home suited her best Wish re homing my foster Lurcher Slim was this easy, it's been 6 months waiting for him :blink: :blink:
