A picture of this dog can be seen on Gales Doggy Page on Facebook, a page devoted to Carrickfergus pound dogs. He is reportedly under 18 inches tall, is young but not a puppy I think. Has a lovely glossy black coat. I believe there is a chance Scruples will take him on; they have had other dogs over from Ireland.
