How much does it have to snow to stop racing this weekend at easingtin, assuming that the A1 is clear
 
I don't live that far from Easington , and its still snowing here ...if things don't get much better maybe the open should be canceled, it worries me about people traveling in these conditions
 
:unsure: SORRY I DONT THE ANSWER 2 THAT. WHAT I CAN TELL U IS THAT ACCORDING 2 THE FORECASTERS IT IS GoiNG 2 B MILDER BY THE WEEKEND. :) SO FINGERS CROSSED IT WILL B OK 4 THE 1ST OPEN OF THE NEW SEASON AT EASINGTON. :p GOOD LUCK 2 ALL THAT ATTEND. ;) (weather permitting of course)
 
I live in easington we had another downfall of snow this morning it is about 4 inches deep at the moment with ice underneath that.I will keep you all posted on the weather over the next few days,hopefully it will be gone by Sunday. :cheers:
 
We have had no more snow and the forecast for the weekend is milder with rain possibly on saturday. :cheers:
 
the greyhounds are racing at easington tonight as normal although the trails were cancelled yesterday
 
THE SNOWS CLEARING HERE A LITTLE NOW AND THE ROADS ARE ALOT BETTER ...HENCE ME LETTING ADAM TAKE MY CAR TONIGHT :sweating:
 
It was very ICY this morning when i drove to work, :oops: but by lunch time most of the snow and ice had disapeared :p thank goodness :D
 
I have just been to look at Easington dog track and the track and surrounding areas are all clear ,should be no problems on Sunday. :cheers:
 
Thats good news ...fingers crossed we have no more snow
 
:D snow has completley gone now in wallsend. :p Ive just heard the forecast for the weekend 4 the north east and it 4 RAIN not snow so hopefully they r right and the easington open will go ahead as planned. ;)
