So Lucky with the weather today and we all had a lovely day in the sunshine for the 2nd round of the Club handicap competition. We ran 3 rounds for most of the dogs over 160 yds. The track was in excellent condition. Hearcat and Small Change both put in brilliant performances on the day and each won 3 races apiece putting them into 1st and 2nd places on the leader board. The Observer who had been in the doldrums for some time has now found some form and ran much better today. Steve's pup Jet 'Red Apache' (RCh Quiver x RCh Mystify Me) ran another good trial with three other dogs.

Almaz has recovered very well from her toe injury, but can't say I wasn't very nervous about her having her first run back yesterday. :sweating: but today she has pulled out sound and had a run over the field this morning so fingers crossed she stays sound )
