Just a reminder that the South Cotswolds have a race meeting this coming Sunday, 6th April at the Cricket Ground, Nympsfield, Glos.

All welcome for either trialling or racing. Races will be made up on the day.

We would like to have an idea on numbers though so would be grateful if you could let either Julia or me know (via email on this site) by Friday evening.

Today we raced for The Casaloma Rose Bowl, The Fullerton Cup and the High Jinks Trophy.

We ran all the whippets off their club handicap marks in three groups at 2ft per mark over 150yds.

It was nice to see Dearly Devoted back racing after a setback and taking the Casaloma Rose Bowl. Youngster Gambler Jack won his 3rd round really well to land his first trophy and Somedog put up a good performance in his Final. Simply Saffron continues to improve and held off Ahoy Ramona in a thrilling finish for the Consolation Final
