Peter Keeble who came to Thurrock with his wife Jan to watch the I.B.M. Open and who himself is a greyhound owner has kindly offered to sponsor the South East Club for the coming year.
Peter Keeble does an awful lot of good for Greyhound Rescue through Walthamstow and his wife Jan can be seen being interviewed on Channel 854 this evening at a greyhound meeting after 7 o,clock.
Jan herself is the owner of a whippet called Mollie and is very fond of the breed and those us who own whippets can fully understand why. Jan has agreed to become the Honorary President of the club and is most welcome.
This is great news for the club and will hopefully make us stronger.
