The Sporting Whippet Club NI will host the first of their showing and race days on Sunday 11th April. Details as follows:

Venue: Dunsilly Kennels, Antrim.

Gate opens 12 Midday

Signing in for racing 12.00 - 12.30 No entries will be taken after this time.

Grading starts at 12.45

Show will start at approx 1.30

Racing will commence immediately after showing.

train from Derry is due in at Antrim 11.58 so I <u>should</u> be okay. Anyone offering a lift from train station??

I appreciate you want to keep to time but I hope there is a <u>little</u> bit of leeway for racing registration.

Times r there for a reason, look at when grading starts. surely it's not fair for us that r there on time to have more dogs added after the grading draw?? dont mean to be rude but we all has to travel!!! :teehee: :teehee:

if you look at the context, Kirsty, I may NEED to travel by train - they are few and far between especially on Sundays - and taxi (also hard to get in Antrim on a Sunday, but I will book dog-friendly taxi in advance if I am going to need one).

this will be my frist time going to a whippet show in dunsilly ive heard alot of good storys about it so iam really looking forward to it now (w00t) now that i have my new wee whippet vinnie ill be bringin him and my partners whippet buster,,, sounds like a really good day out for everyone
