Stained tears on a Jack Russell

Good morning all I have a 10 year old Jack named Lola. She has tears all the time that stain her white coat. We have taken her to the vet to have them checked. They checked her tear ducts and they were ok so we tried giving her antihistamines in case she had an allergy to something. It didn't help. Now wondering if its her food. She has been on Tails for a few years now before that and from being a puppy she was on Healthy Options Natural Pet Food. She started with the tears when she was about 6 years and its never changed since.

I’ve answered on your other thread about Tails, but for tear stains I’ve heard people have managed to greatly rescue them by just using filtered water.
